Outlook Rules are not executing when Microsoft Outlook is not running.
When using Outlook Rules via the OpenProtocols connector, all rules will be treated as client-side only. Client-side only rules will only execute if the Microsoft Outlook is opened. The backend Messaging Platform is not aware of these rules and therefore cannot action them.
A workaround is to use the server-side mailbox filtering options within the Messaging Platform's web mail interface to create server-side rules that will execute if the Microsoft Outlook is not running.
